Students must pay their monthly fees through the Student Portal. Please read the instructions below to make sure your payment is done correctly and on time.
Login to the Student Portal using your username and password.
Go to the βFeesβ section.
You will see all your fee details (like due, paid, or unpaid fees).
Make the payment using the available online options.
Last Date to Pay: 10th of every month. After due date Late fee may be charged if applicable.
Portal Closed: After the 15th of the month The payment option is active from the 1st to the 15th of every month. After that, it will not work.
A late fee may be charged after the due date (11th to 15th).
The late fee is decided by the school and can change at any time.
You cannot pay the fees after the 15th of the month, as the portal will be closed.
To use the Student Portal, you need your username and password.
If you do not have them: Get them from the school office. We also send login details in bulk to students. Still didnβt get it? Send the following by WhatsApp to the School System Admin: Student Name, Class & A short message asking for username and password
β You will get your login details within 24 hours of your message.
After a successful payment, the status will show as “Success”. If your fees still show as unpaid even after payment: Contact the school admin or visit the school office. We will check and update the fee status if needed. If the payment was successful but not received by the school: The money will be refunded automatically. You will need to pay again.
Please report any payment problems within 06 hours of the payment.
If you have any issues with login, payments, or fee details, contact the school office or send a message to the School System Admin via WhatsApp.
